The "Molecular
Nanostructures and Devices"
group, at the Institute for Electronics, Micro-electronics and
Nanotechnology (IEMN-CNRS) is interested in the physics of organic
nanostructures. We
study the electronic properties and charge transport properties of
various organic
nanostructures such as self-assembled
monolayers, small ensemble of molecules, supramolecular assembly of
molecules, macromolecules... These systems are of a great interest for molecular-scale electronics.
Our research
also concerns the study of organic semiconductors
and organic electronics.
